1. Engage with offered candidates during the period of pre-onboarding till the date of joining through a structured milestone-based program
2. Drive all defined interventions for offered candidates as per the schedule and coordinate with internal stakeholders for execution
3. Liaise with talent acquisition, operations hiring manager, HRBP & onboarding SPOC for closure of all action items as applicable
4. Connect with offered candidates as per schedule and themes
5. Do an analysis of the offered candidate data and provide insights for process improvement/engagement
6. Work on early warning signs tracking, reporting & conversion to improve offer-to-joining ratio
7. Work on program level report along with relevant metrics on a periodic basis
8. Track all function engagement coverage & report gaps
