Human Resources (HR) Internship

As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Backbase, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your role will involve supporting the HR team in various aspects of talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR administration.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, and updating job postings on various platforms.
2. Handle employee inquiries and requests related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll, providing timely and accurate responses.
3. Assist in maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations.
4. Collaborate with the HR team on special projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and training events.
5. Utilize Google Suite (G Suite) to create and maintain HR documents, spreadsheets, and presentations for internal and external use.
7. Gain valuable exposure to various HR functions, including performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee development.
