About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Recruitment & Hiring: Posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
2. Employee Relations: Resolving conflicts, managing communication, and promoting engagement activities.
3. Performance Management: Monitoring performance, handling feedback, organizing training, and setting goals.
4. Compensation & Benefits: Managing payroll, administering benefits, and conducting salary reviews.
5. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, updating policies, and handling disciplinary actions.
6. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate employee records and updating databases.
7. Exit Management: Conducting exit interviews and offboarding departing employees.
8. HR Reporting: Analyzing workforce data and generating reports for decision-making.
