Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Talent Acquisition: Create and post compelling job ads to attract top candidates.
2. Application Screening: Review resumes and application forms to identify promising talent.
3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews to ensure a seamless process for candidates.
4. Data Management: Maintain up-to-date employee information in our internal databases.
5. Payroll Assistance: Help collect payroll data to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
6. Reporting: Compile and generate insightful HR reports.
7. Employee Support: Address employee queries and provide clear, helpful information.
8. Policy Communication: Assist in communicating and distributing company policies effectively.
9. Event Organization: Participate in organizing company events and HR activities.
