1. Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring security guards and administrative staff. Ensure background checks are completed and facilitate new employee onboarding.
2. Help maintain adherence to labor laws (PF, ESI) and ensure the agency complies with the private security regulation act (PSARA).
3. Support payroll processing, track attendance, and ensure timely payment of salaries.
4. Address employee grievances, help resolve conflicts, and assist in monitoring performance.
5. Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, attendance, and performance reviews.
