About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Initiate, develop, and maintain client relationships
2. Identify needs and provide feedback on the recruitment process
3. Complete comprehensive job orders with job specification and benefits
4. Gather information on clients and update database
5. Accurately categorize every client record and details into the database
6. Demonstrate a high sense of urgency
7. Keep in regular contact with candidates to review progress, employment status, and performance
8. Search/shortlist CV s in line with the job order request; ensure CV s are of a specific standard and are reflective of clients requests in line with clients selection criteria
9. Pre-screen candidates before their interview for suitability and conduct interviews
10. Prepare candidates for prospective clients
11. Provide information to candidates on clients and job specifications for permanent jobs
12. Offer career counseling to candidates and inform them of market trends
13. Instill a sense of urgency with all candidates
14. Gain exclusivity for the right candidate and has a demonstrated amount of exclusive candidates
15. Record all activities and processes on database
16. Record are well written and help secure future sales
17. Ensure all candidates and clients are categorized correctly
18. Utilize the search function of the database effectively
19. Coach colleagues and consultants on appropriate database use

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 10000 per per successful permanent unit placement).
