1. Assisting in the recruitment process by sourcing potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
2. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition, and providing necessary paperwork and information.
3. Maintaining and updating employee records, including personal details, job titles, and performance evaluations, in compliance with regulations.
4. Assisting in the implementation of employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
5. Collaborating with the HR team to develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
6. Assisting in the administration of benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
7. Conducting research and preparing reports on HR trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks to support decision-making processes.
