Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Assist in identifying potential candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and university career services. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
2. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure a smooth interview process by managing logistics, sending confirmations, and providing necessary information to both parties.
3. Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and candidate databases. Ensure all candidate information is accurately recorded and easily accessible for future reference.
4. Communication: Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely updates, feedback, and support to ensure a positive candidate experience.
5. Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as preparing job descriptions, posting job openings, managing recruitment-related documentation, and supporting recruitment events and initiatives.
