1. Communicate with hiring managers to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organizational goals
2. Research into the company's profile and develop recruitment strategies based on Pro-Vigils needs
3. Define job description and document specifications
4. Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels like job portals, social media platforms, references, etc.
5. Create a candidate persona for each open position
6. Involve in the selection process, follow up with hiring managers on profile selection actively
7. Arrange interview schedules on a regular basis and ensure that recruitment deliverables are met
8. Present shortlisted candidates to HR head for offer roll-out and onboarding
9. Maintain recruitment trackers and present timely recruitment updates to management
10. Research and develop recruiting leads
11. Develop a sustainable candidate-lead strategy
