Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with the company's leadership team to support and execute the HR strategy for the company
2. Maintain a performance-oriented culture within the organization focused on delivering business results
3. Introduce initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction levels across the organization
4. Oversee the implementation of programs for the inculcation of Robo culture and values across the organization
5. Ensure establishing company policies and procedures and focus on building a strong HR foundation through recruitment to enable the function in delivering business goals
6. Evaluate procedures and technology solutions to improve human resource data management
7. Work on the maintenance of the recruitment, retention, and performance management activities of the HR team
