Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with recruitment efforts including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings
2. Supporting the HR team in multiple initiatives to improve HR processes
3. Assisting with onboarding and orientation of new hires to ensure a smooth transition
4. Coordinating with team members on various HR initiatives
5. Communicating professionally and effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
