About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage end to end recruitment
2. Manage internal recruitment activities placing priority on filling key roles
3. Execute sourcing for priority talent initiatives
4. Manage applicant tracking system data integrity and accuracy
5. Network to build, manage and maintain a pipeline of external talent taking full advantage of digital and social channels
6. Leverage internal and external contacts to ensure available pools of talent for future openings
7. Develop effective recruitment forecasts to accurately predict our future talent requirements basis of business ambition, in conjunction with the Talent team and HR
8. Assist the Talent team in tracking changing trends in the talent market
9. Manage candidate relationships and communicating the employment value proposition to prospective hires
10. Provide and analyze data on key metrics for recruitment, application flow, sources and quality of talent as required
