1. Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for interviews
2. Conducting initial applicant interviews to understand suitability and interest
3. Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates
4. Coordinating new hire orientations/onboarding
5. Communicating effectively with staff members for problem identification, resolution, and follow-up steps
6. Providing staff members with access to Microsoft Office Suite, user creation, and support services once they join
7. Managing leave requests, tracking employee leave balances, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws
8. Operating HRIS for data management, employee record keeping, and generating reports
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or studying toward a degree in HRM or a related field
2. Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
3. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
4. Excellent administrative and organizational skills
5. Effective communication skills and detail-oriented
