About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling employee engagement & end to end HR activities from joining till exit
2. Handling Payroll process
3. Managing HR reports
4. Training and development
5. Salary/leave, attendance management
6. Conduct orientation and training programs
7. Appraisal management, reward & recognition
8. Bulk hiring & campus recruitment
9. Employee welfare & engagement
10. Handling the Job Portal
11. General administration
12. Coordinate with other departments for the facilities
