About the internship
As a human resources (HR) intern at BJT GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 1. Assist in recruitment processes such as scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and updating candidate profiles.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.
3. Help maintain employee records and databases by entering and updating information accurately.
4. Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and activities to promote employee engagement and morale.
5. Participate in HR meetings and take minutes to ensure key decisions and action items are documented.
6. Support the HR team in analyzing data and preparing reports on key HR metrics and trends.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing correspondence and organizing files.
