About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source, screen, and recruit candidates using job portals, databases, and social media.
2. Review candidate resumes and job applications, and conduct interviews for sales and business development profiles.
3. Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
4. Promote the company brand among prospective candidates.
5. Onboard new employees and facilitate their smooth induction into the organization.
6. Participate in HR functions and complete assigned tasks related to various HR activities.
7. Promote employer branding by leveraging social media platforms, building a community, and increasing the reach of job openings.
