This is an on-site role for a Human Resource Intern at JS Tech Alliance Consulting Private Limited in Indore. The Human Resource Intern will be responsible for the recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, implement recruiting strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in recruitment, sourcing, and interviewing candidates for various roles.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the hiring requirements.
3. Support the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings to candidate screening.
4. Manage recruitment databases and maintain candidate records.
5. Communicate with candidates and hiring managers regarding interview schedules and feedback.
