Human Resources (HR) Internship

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR intern to join our dynamic team. As an HR Intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates.
2. Schedule and coordinate interviews.
3. Participate in the onboarding process for new hires.
4. Employee Relations: Assist in resolving employee queries and concerns.
5. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events.
6. Support employee development programs.

HR Administration:

1. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
2. Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
3. Prepare HR reports and analytics.
4. Other Duties: Support ad-hoc HR projects as needed.
5. Assist with other HR tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Pursuing a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
6. A keen interest in human resources and a desire to learn.
