About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring smooth integration into the company.
3. Assist with employee relations activities, such as handling employee inquiries, addressing employee concerns, and maintaining employee files.
4. Help administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping.
5. Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring all information is up to date and organized.
6. Prepare HR reports and presentations as required by the team.
7. Coordinate HR events, training programs, and initiatives to improve employee engagement.
8. Contribute to special HR projects, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management programs, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Other requirements

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Strong organizational and time management skills.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Strong work ethic and a desire to learn.

6. Prior experience in an HR or administrative role (internship or volunteer experience preferred).

7. Knowledge of HR software and databases.

8. Gain valuable hands-on experience in a professional HR environment.
