Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing candidates through various channels like job boards (Naukri.com, LinkedIn), Boolean search, social media, and job postings.
2. Screening resumes and shortlisting qualified candidates.
3. Conducting interviews and assessing candidate skills, experience, and suitability.
4. Negotiating salaries and preparing offer letters.
5. Completing all joining formalities and documentation for new hires.
6. Providing regular reports and maintaining recruitment data.
7. Closing open positions within designated timeframes.
8. Briefing candidates about the company and job responsibilities.
9. Scheduling and coordinating interviews with both candidates and hiring managers.
10. Planning and executing recruitment drives on weekends (if applicable).
11. Following up with shortlisted and selected candidates until they join the company.
