About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1.Profile Sourcing:
-Search for and identify potential candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.
-Maintain and update the candidate database.

2.Interview Scheduling:
-Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
-Ensure timely communication between candidates and interview panels.

3.Onboarding & Documentation:
-Assist in onboarding new hires by preparing and collecting necessary documentation.
-Ensure proper compliance with company policies during the onboarding process.

4.Employee Engagement Activities:
-Support in planning and organizing employee engagement initiatives.
-Gather feedback to improve team satisfaction and culture.

5.Research:
-Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and strategies.
-Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvement.
