Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on recruitment & manpower planning for the new start-up project
2. Working on making company HR policies
3. Working on the campus selections process
4. Handling training and education
5. Making company policy for the new project
6. Working on industrial relations, corporate communication & administration
