Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Designing job descriptions based on guidance from HR managers
2. Writing and posting job descriptions, and actively engaging with prospective candidates on various hiring and social media platforms
3. Screening incoming resumes from potential candidates, and managing application forms and databases throughout the hiring process
4. Identifying future hiring needs and collaborating with senior HR managers to address these requirements
5. Assisting in posting job openings and reviewing resumes
6. Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates
7. Supporting new employee orientation and managing related paperwork
8. Contributing to the coordination of training programs
9. Assisting in maintaining accurate employee records
10. Maintaining and updating HR databases and records
11. Handling employee inquiries and requests
12. Contributing to resolving basic employee issues
