About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
2. Supporting the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials, coordinating training sessions, and assisting with paperwork completion.
3. Assisting with HR-related projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, performance management processes, and diversity and inclusion programs.
4. Responding to employee inquiries and provide basic HR-related support as needed.
5. Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
6. Assisting with organizing HR events and activities, such as team-building exercises, training workshops, and wellness programs.
7. Staying updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices.

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing a degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.

2. Strong interest in human resources and talent management.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

7. Prior HR or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
