1. Currently pursuing a degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in human resources and talent management.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Prior HR or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
