2. can start the internship between 8th Aug'24 and 12th Sep'24
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Jaipur

1. Strong communication skills: Both verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with employees, drafting HR documents, and handling inquiries.
2. Attention to detail: HR work involves managing sensitive information and maintaining accurate records, making attention to detail essential.
3. Organizational abilities: Being organized helps in managing multiple tasks, coordinating interviews, and tracking various HR activities.
4. Basic knowledge of HR practices: A fundamental understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and organizational behavior is beneficial.
5. Proficiency in HR software and tools: Familiarity with HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is a plus.
6. Interpersonal skills: The ability to build relationships, handle conflicts, and understand different perspectives is important for interacting with diverse people.
7. Confidentiality: A high level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with care is critical.
8. Adaptability and willingness to learn: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges and changes in HR is valuable.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per joining).
