About the internship

As a Human Resources (HR) intern at ANTi.Ai, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative tech startup environment. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, along with your proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-Office, will be essential in supporting our HR team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Coordinating and organizing employee training sessions and development programs.
3. Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
4. Assisting with onboarding new hires and conducting orientation sessions.
5. Providing support in organizing company events and team-building activities.
6. Assisting in conducting employee surveys and analyzing feedback to improve employee satisfaction.
7. Supporting HR team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.
