Human Resources (HR) Internship

As a human resources intern at Create Bytes, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 3. Support employee engagement initiatives by organizing team-building activities and events
4. Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
5. Participate in performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback
6. Help with HR compliance tasks, such as updating policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including organizing meetings and handling correspondence
