We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our human resources team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll assistance, and administrative support. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
2. Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
3. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
4. Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
5. Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
6. Participate in drafting HR policies, memos, and reports.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
8. Stay updated on labour laws and HR best practices.

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
