Key Responsibilities
Assist in the full cycle of recruitment, including job posting, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating follow-ups.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' suitability for the role.
Maintain and update the recruitment database and track hiring metrics.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Provide administrative support to the recruitment function.
