About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Supporting employment engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and events
3. Helping in compensation management by maintaining employee records and assisting in payroll processing
4. Collaborating with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to improve employee satisfaction
5. Conducting research on industry best practices and providing recommendations for HR strategies
6. Assisting in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
7. Learning and contributing to the overall HR functions and gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced tech company environment
