Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases
3. Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and coordinating orientation sessions
4. Assist in organizing and conducting employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and recognition programs
5. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and enhance HR policies, procedures, and processes
6. Prepare HR reports and presentations using MS Office tools, providing valuable insights to support decision-making
7. Stay updated with industry best practices and assist in implementing innovative HR initiatives to attract and retain top talent
