Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruit candidates as per the project
2. Perform first screening call and HR interview
3. Source candidates for requirements and handle recruitment portals
4. Perform day to day operational tasks
5. Perform office administration work
6. Update employee records with new hire information and/or change in employment status
7. Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
8. Forecast hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly
9. Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
10. Monitor budgets by department
11. Process employees queries and respond promptly
