About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in posting job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
4. Conduct initial HR screening calls.
5. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
6. Assist in onboarding new employees, including documentation and orientation.
7. Support the HR team in organizing engagement activities and events.
8. Help create and distribute internal communication materials.
9. Gather employee feedback and assist in engagement initiatives.
10. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
11. Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and documents.
12. Support payroll processing by collecting necessary employee details.
13. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
14. Assist in organizing training programs and workshops.
15. Track employee learning progress and maintain records.
16. Research and suggest relevant training materials.
17. Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
18. Assist in exit formalities and documentation.
19. Contribute to employer branding and social media HR campaigns.
20. Support other HR functions as needed.

Other requirements

1. Pursuing or completed a degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related fields.

2. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, LinkedIn Learning HR courses) are a plus.

3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

4. Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

5. Knowledge of HR analytics tools and HRIS (human resource information system) is a plus.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

8. High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

9. Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.

10. Ability to work both independently and in a team.

11. Availability for a full-time (preferred) or part-time internship.

12. Willingness to work in a hybrid or on-site environment if required.

13. Comfortable working in fast-paced and dynamic settings.
