Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 20th Feb'25 and 27th Mar'25
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Pursuing or completed a degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related fields.
2. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, LinkedIn Learning HR courses) are a plus.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
4. Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
5. Knowledge of HR analytics tools and HRIS (human resource information system) is a plus.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
8. High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
9. Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
10. Ability to work both independently and in a team.
11. Availability for a full-time (preferred) or part-time internship.
12. Willingness to work in a hybrid or on-site environment if required.
13. Comfortable working in fast-paced and dynamic settings.
