Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and update job descriptions
2. Source potential candidates from various online channels such as social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn, Hirect, and Apna Jobs
3. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
4. Screen incoming resumes, application forms, and qualifications to assess IT resumes
5. Interview candidates via phone and in-person
6. Prepare and distribute assignments
7. Advertise job openings on the company's career page, social media, job boards, and internally
8. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
9. Maintain a candidate database
10. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

Requirements:

1. BBA/MBA in HR or Diploma in HR preferred
2. Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
3. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
4. Experience with sourcing techniques
5. Solid verbal and written communication skills
6. Sound judgment
