Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintains payroll information through the existing systems; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data
2. Prepares various reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages
3. Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests
4. Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential
5. Maintain time keeping of employees, validate the attendance
6. Maintains all the inputs required for initiating payroll activities
7. Entry of leaves and worked days of employees for generation of monthly payroll statements
8. Maintains personnel files of all employees in the document room
9. Maintains and updates attendance reports on a daily basis
10. Communicates to functional heads on daily attendance of associates
