About the internship

Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Learning best practices in recruitment and sourcing to assist with hiring top talent in the healthcare industry
2. Reviewing, editing, and posting jobs to the careers site and other social media sites
3. Screening applicant's skills on their resume and through interviews
4. Coordinating interviews/logistics in a timely manner
5. Communicating with candidates and hiring managers
5. Working on policy formulation, manpower planning, and employee engagement
6. Working on payroll administration, performance management, and compensations
