About the internship

Topslick is looking for a dynamic Human Resources (HR) intern to join our team! If you have a passion for effective communication, strong spoken and written English proficiency, and excel at MS-Excel, we want to hear from you.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and preparing necessary paperwork.
3. Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs and employee development initiatives.
4. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
5. Assist with performance management processes, including tracking employee goals and evaluations.
6. Support the HR team in handling employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues.
7. Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as needed.
