We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team and help our students achieve their career goals.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in developing and implementing effective placement strategies for students.
2. Liaise with potential employers and build strong relationships to facilitate student placements.
3. Organize and conduct mock interviews, resume reviews, and career counseling sessions for students.
4. Coordinate with trainers to identify the strengths and weaknesses of students and tailor placement support accordingly.
5. Maintain an up-to-date database of job openings, employer contacts, and student placements.
6. Provide regular updates and reports on placement activities and outcomes to the management team.
