About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle end to end recruitment; from interviewing till onboarding of resources
2. Hire resources as per organization's requirements & within the defined timeline
3. Screen incoming applications and resumes for suitable roles and process
4. Receive testimonials/feedback from clients or senior candidates
5. Compliance management for contractual employees
6. Participate in employee engagement activities
7. Manage all HR functions for the startup
