About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Supporting onboarding activities for new hires, such as preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
3. Assisting with training and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions and tracking employee training records.
4. Providing administrative support to the HR team, such as maintaining HR files and databases.
5. Utilizing MS-Office skills to create HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
