Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engage in sourcing, screening and shortlisting of the candidates, and line up for face-to-face rounds
2. Follow up with candidates
3. Create job posts and creative job descriptions
4. Conduct initial telephonic interview
5. Use job portals like LinkedIn, Facebook, QuikrJobs, and do bulk hiring, mass mailing, cold calling to source relevant candidates
