Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings
2. Supporting the HR team in maintaining and updating HRIS records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
3. Helping analyze HR data and generating reports to identify trends and insights for decision-making
4. Collaborating with the team to organize training and development programs for employees
5. Assisting in drafting HR policies, procedures, and employee communications
6. Providing administrative support for HR-related tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations
7. Participating in various HR projects and initiatives to gain practical experience and contribute to the team's success
