Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Coordinating employee onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and prepared
3. Supporting the HR team in conducting training sessions and workshops for employees on various HR topics
4. Assisting in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
5. Helping with organizing employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive work culture
6. Collaborating with the HR team on special projects and initiatives to enhance HR processes and practices
7. Providing administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and responding to employee inquiries
