About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
2. Managing and updating the Management Information System (MIS) for accurate data tracking.
3. Overseeing Performance Management System (PMS) activities and employee evaluations.
4. Implementing Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) initiatives to align HR goals with business objectives.
5. Organizing and coordinating Learning & Development programs to enhance employee skills.
