About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Hiring and retaining talent for the organization at the right cost.
2. Creating and approving budgets for all the departments.
3. Helping make the payroll of the company.
4. Organizing important events of the organization.
5. Helping resolve conflicts and other issues within the company.
6. Conducting exit interviews with outgoing employees.
7. Overseeing the termination process of an employee.
8. Counselling employees who are stressed.
9. Working with departmental heads during appraisals.
10. Introducing employee wellness programs.
