Human Resources (HR) Internship

The Intern will be responsible for assisting the HR team in various tasks related to recruitment and onboarding. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations in a dynamic environment.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide professional support to the Human Resources administration in the execution of daily tasks and operations, including:
2. Reach out to potential candidates and schedule interviews.
3. Regularly follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
4. Verify the documents provided by the candidates to ensure their authenticity.
5. Assist in the onboarding process of new hires. Communicate with clients for smooth onboarding of candidates.
6. Systematically collect, store, and manage information about applicants to facilitate efficient recruitment and selection processes.
7. Daily employee attendance record
8. Supporting in social media marketing, lead generation, etc.

Confirmed job after successful completion of internship and salary as per industry standards. This is an internship position. The successful candidate must learn quickly, work independently, and contribute significantly to our HR team.
