About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the day-to-day activities of corporate HR operations.
2. Update and maintain employee records in HR databases to ensure accuracy.
3. Help organize and coordinate employee training sessions and workshops to enhance skills.
4. Support in conducting orientation and onboarding for new hires to integrate them into the company culture.
5. Assist in performance management processes and evaluations to track employee growth.
6. Help with payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure smooth operations.
7. Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives to drive HR improvements.
