About the internship
As an HR intern at Meitra Hospital, you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with our HR team to gain hands-on experience in effective communication, employment engagement, and various HR processes. Your proficiency in spoken and written English, as well as MS-Excel, MS-Office, and MS-Word, will be essential in supporting our team in various tasks and projects.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with candidates
2. Support employee engagement initiatives by organizing events, activities, and programs to enhance employee morale and satisfaction
3. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
4. Assist in creating and distributing internal communications, such as memos, newsletters, and announcements
5. Support the HR team in conducting training sessions and workshops for employees on various HR topics
6. Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and analysis using MS-Excel and other tools
7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and assignments to gain a comprehensive understanding of HR operations

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 50 per performance).
