About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Supporting recruiting efforts from your location remotely
2. Working on data entry, confirmation, and maintenance of applicant's personal record through the internal tracking system, i.e. capturing interview activities of all candidates throughout the hiring process on the human resource information system
3. Scheduling interviews and booking rooms for video conferences using internal tools across regions for the facilitation of interviews
4. Interacting with vendors for profiles as requested by regional recruiters
5. Working on interview feedback collection post interviews to take the next steps in the recruitment process
6. Collecting historical compensation of selected candidates
7. Working on turn-down emails/phone calls
8. Preparing reports and trackers for updates to hiring managers
9. Using MS-Excel and MS-Word programs for maintaining data and updating job descriptions
