Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on being actively involved in recruitment (IT Industry) by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
2. Create and implement effective onboarding plans
3. Create an environment of open communication
4. Work on maintaining employee records (attendance, new joining, etc.) according to policy
5. Work on helping resolve conflicts and other issues within the company
6. Work on organizing activities, as well as birthday & festival celebrations
